The crisis rocking the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State assumed a dangerous dimension on Thursday when aggrieved members of the party resorted to violence.
The APC members in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, turned violent over the ongoing harmonisation of the party structure in the state.
Thugs, believed to be loyal to some of the chieftains of the party used dangerous weapons at the party secretariat to show their grievance.
Journalists who were at the secretariat were harassed by the thugs.
