PDP refuses to give presidential nomination forms to aspirants

Fresh crisis seems to be brewing in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP as two presidential aspirants have accused the leadership of the party of denying them their rights to purchase forms and participate in the 2015 presidential elections.
The two aspirants, Dr. Abdul-Jhalil Tafawa-Balewa and Prof. Akasoba Duke-Abiola had gone to the national secretariat of the party in Abuja to purchase the form but were not attended to.

They were told that the party has reserved the only form available for a sole candidate.

The party leadership had endorsed President Goodluck Jonathan as the party’s consensus candidate for the 2015 presidential election.
